To secure a rate lock today, FCFC will need the following information:

• Borrower's Name (Co-Borrower if applicable)

• Property Address

• Purchase Price or Estimated Value for Refinance

• Loan Amount Requested

• Social Security Numbers for all borrowers

FCFC does not charge its mortgage clients a Loan Commitment Fee or Rate Lock Fee.  Our clients are also eligible for Free rate float-downs if rates improve prior to your mortgage going into underwriting.
